Three dimensional printing is a process where physical parts or models are 'grown' in ABS plastic, with data directly from a 3D CAD file. We run a Dimension SST 786 machine in-house. This allows us quick turn a round, cost controls and confidentiality for prototypes designed in-house.

Physical models allow you to test form, fit and function, with as many design iterations as required.Fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology, is the most cost effective and functional prototyping system available today.

Producing models in ABS material allows you to drill, tap, sand, spraypaint and even chrome plate your prototype. We do print external designs, for a quotation send us a zipped parasolid or step file to....

We also have access to rapid 3D milling of prototypes where required. This is especially useful for largeproduct, clear products and functional requirement like integral hinges which are machined in polypropylene.
